Tooba is a mobile app, one of the largest donation aggregators in the post‑Soviet region.

Since 2021 we’ve come a long way together—built organizational structure and marketing, launched the foundation department, introduced educational practices.

In 2023 alone, we raised over 800,000,000 rubles for 120 foundations.

My role is that of an external advisor—providing expertise, experience, and clear vision during scaling and development, working directly with the COO.

Nasiliu.Net is the largest project supporting victims of domestic violence.

We helped Nasiliu.Net build a systematic crowdfunding approach, with a focus on forming a base of recurring donors with accounts outside Russia.

We developed added value propositions, approaches to creative work, campaign standards, landing pages, media workflows, technical infrastructure, and launched campaigns.

As a result—we grew the recurring donor base, hit financial targets, and laid a foundation for future development.

The Coalition Against Propaganda is a network of activists and bloggers who reveal the truth about war and dictatorship every day, uniting 18 media projects in 15 regions of Russia, with a reach of >10,000,000 per month.

Coalition members needed new approaches and a shared strategy for the upcoming year, accounting for a changing information landscape.

We held a two‑day offsite strategic session. Together we analyzed target audience segments using persona development methodology. We explored their fears, anxieties, doubts, psychotypes, context, dreams, and desires.

Based on personas, we formulated added value propositions and key campaign messages.
