The Coalition Against Propaganda is a network of activists and bloggers who reveal the truth about war and dictatorship every day, uniting 18 media projects in 15 regions of Russia, with a reach of >10,000,000 per month.

Coalition members needed new approaches and a shared strategy for the upcoming year, accounting for a changing information landscape.

We held a two‑day offsite strategic session. Together we analyzed target audience segments using persona development methodology. We explored their fears, anxieties, doubts, psychotypes, context, dreams, and desires.

Based on personas, we formulated added value propositions and key campaign messages.
